Tragic story of Madea and her relationship with Jason. Beginning was a little slow and her naïveté was annoying but it was great when she got angry and became her true self. The ending told through we sisters perspective was really interesting showing how she changed. Nice literary device at work

This was the perfect representation of female rage, of men taking advantage of naivety and vulnerability in women. This reminded me a lot of Lady Macbeth by Ava Reid - I will be thinking about this book for a while.
