I adore Harley Quinn and hate graphic violence. The second keeps this book from getting 5 stars. (DC’s Black Label line is the right place for it, but I still don’t like it.)
The relationships are great here, even if Montoya’s a grouch. I always Love Harley and Ivy, and was completely tickled by Harley’s hang out with Cass.
Absolutely recommend this for Harley fans, as long as you don’t mind (or can tolerate) the in-your-face violence.

THIS BOOK HAS EVERYTHING.
• Harley fucking over the Joker as best and hard as she can.
• Harley and her laaaaaadies!
• Harley and a lovely little found family!
• HARLEY BEING CONCERNED ABOUT IVY
• IVY BEING CONCERNED ABOUT HARLEY
• HARLEY AND IVY
Anyway, I loved it, highly recommend for a quick, fun, satisfying read! Doesn't get five stars simply because it does have the Joker and I do hate what he does to both Harley and Ivy even though they get theirs in the end.

A fun romp. Too often it is forgotten that Harley is highly intelligent. The ways she went after Mistah J and the Defeos showed her brilliance. I frankly could have done without so much profanity, but that's just me. I think I find it jarring because I am not used to it with these characters. Or, alternately, I am just showing my age.

3 1/2 stars, probably? I like it, and I love Harley & Ivy, but Connor’s writing is a little too comedic for my tastes. Lots of jokes. And I get that she’s a funny character, but she’s also sad and tragic and I like a little of that in her stories too.

This is a DC Black Label graphic novel, so Connor and Palmiotti get to do a profanity-filled and extremely violent take on Harley. And it's also very, very funny and crammed full of every possible appearance you might expect from the Birds of Prey and Batman universes (save Batman himself). AND it's an apotheosis in Harley's relationship with her "ex-puddin", the Joker.
What keeps it less than a stellar read for me is that it appears to reference Connor's and Palmiotti's Harley Quinn series quite a lot (at least I'm guessing that's where the Gang of Harleys and Red Tool come from), so there was more than a little "what is going on here?" at the start of the read.
