As someone who is a big fan of history I really enjoyed this story. It was extremely well written and I liked the narration. The action scenes were well done as well. Plus the historical accuracy adds on to the plot
I wasn’t sure if I’d like this, but it really pulled me in and I enjoyed it a great deal. Believable historical fiction that smells like copper and churned earth. I’ll definitely be continuing this series. 4.4 stars.

A great plot line and a good idea of inserting a fiction character into a non fiction historical timeline, but unfortunately it is badly written and too many names and places thrown all over the place to follow. Big fan of the Tv series, so the book seems to be a bit of a disappointment.

Super book although all I do is picture the tv series! Very graphic at times, loved it
