This book was so lovely, a little slow at times but so heartwarming! Every character was so well developed- even the side characters like Monica and Freddy felt like real people!

The story follows Noelle as she begins working as a cleaner at the 21st hotel of her career, she doesn’t intend to stay long- she never does- until she meets the rest of her team.

I also loved the explanations and flashbacks to previous hotels she had worked at.

this was just such a hopeful book- it really brought a smile to my face.

Thank you to NetGalley and Bloomsbury for the eArc.

This book wasn’t a good fit for me. I found my mind wandering the entire time I was listening and had to actively tell myself to be interested… spoiler- it didn’t work

The debut novel by Senta Rich revolves around hotel cleaner and kleptomaniac Noelle. Hotel 21 sees Noelle starting a new job at the 21st hotel she’s worked for, the Magnolia. Noelle loves to take items from all of the hotels she has worked at before, storing them in a trunk at home, and she usually leaves after any suspicion or accusations are cast upon her - normally a fake family member has sadly died!

However Hotel 21 is different and Noelle is immediately drawn to her co-workers on the 7th floor, especially Phil. A wonderful story about friendship.
