After a slow start, I really adored this. I think that’s almost entirely due to the male love interest who is utterly swoonworthy. It’s worth reading just for him.

This book was cute and at times made me laugh but I didn’t love it like I thought I would. I can’t imagine spending 12 years suppressing your feelings about someone. That seems like such a waste of time & I think that’s what bothered me most about this book. The characters were likeable if a bit flat. Usually when I’m reading a book, I prefer reading to any other activity and with this book, I wasn’t as motivated to read and was drawn in by other distractions.
