My only fear about the story is that someone reading without properly educating themselves on domestic violence will inappropriately romanticize the story.

this book was so beautiful but there were some scenes that were definitely hard to read. i went in thinking this was going to be a fun and light sports romance and it wasn't not that but i am so glad it surpassed my expectations. so thankful for Kennedy Ryan for going through months and months of research to do

justice in this portrayal. love love love august west!! he's the sweet prince everyone deserves.

A fast pace almost thriller at first, then it eases into a story about healing and romance, with characters you adore and characters you'd  murder your first chance.
