This book is beautifully written, funny when it has no right to be, hopeful, maddening, stressful and redemptive. So many times I wanted to hug the narrator, to give her the safety and love she was looking for. As the content warnings indicate, it’s not an easy read but if you feel comfortable with the content, I highly recommend it.

I really liked this book, it was sad but in a good way. The only thing that bothered me was how much the author used "like" in dialogue, I get that it was to make it realistic but I found the amount of 'like's excessive and it made some dialogues really hard to read. Besides that I found this to be a really well written piece of fiction.
