Well written and nicely drawn, but lacks the fun I would expect, especially with Bendis and DeConnick at the helm.
i wish that the book was longer. everything was going so fast. But i am not sure if that how graphic novels work. but this was my first graphic novel. other then that it was pretty good
Derrick Storm is pretty much Richard Castle, if he were an action hero. So, what's not to like?? This is "wordier" than your typical graphic novel, which makes sense given that it's an adaptation of a fictional novel. This was a pro for me, personally. I'll take more of these "adaptations"!
I've been missing the Castle TV series and figured I give this a shot, I prefer the novelizations.
If you're a Castle fan you'll like this comic version of his original hero, Derrick Storm. Good illustration and sharp dialogue keep the action going and I can see why he became such a beloved character in the Castle universe. Well worth the money!
it read like a traditional comic book from marvel. I did like the afterward by the author which had descriptions of certain parts and explained how the art and story-line came together.
Really good. I haven't read the books. The plot was great.

I thought they didn't do a great job of developing the relationship between Storm and Strike enough to justify his creating a big monument for her and getting all gushy about it. Otherwise, good stuff.

I was about to congratulate myself for having the foresight to know how to break into my own office...But then I realized that I created an environment for myself that I might need to break into my own office.
An enjoyable enogh way to spend a Sunday afternoon but nothing out of this world
It was very interesting. I may have liked it more if I wasn't in a rush. However, it was very good. And I felt like it definitely could be something that Castle wrote. However, I like his novels better than this graphic. Especially since I felt like Bendis and Castle, authors I both love, have entirely different voices.
