I really enjoyed this historical Christmas Romance story. The development of the scenes and the characters in such a short time made the story a perfect length. I felt like I was there and could envision it perfectly.

The romance felt awkward at first, but got better later on. It still felt flat. There was no spark and not a lot of emotions. Despite that it was a cute story.

Sweet Christmas novella! I loved this 2nd chance love story, Ned was so sweet and Sophie was independent enough to know what she wanted. Great communication with these two, and angst was still high. Highly recommend!

If you are in the mood for a sweet, clean Victorian romance, this is perfect. I enjoyed the writing, the characters and the ending- it was just right.
I liked that Sophie was able to take another look at Ned and find out more of who he is, and the fact that she wanted more! Her sister was quite the piece of work though.
