It took me 2 years to read this book. And I was wrong about it at first. I thought this was a technical book about system design. It is a much more powerful book about how to think.
This book immediately earned a spot on my Top 10 list. The world is complex. Systems thinking gives us tools to explore that complexity and intervene in the right ways. I wish I had read this years ago. I've added it to my annual re-read list.
