A little cringey? Or just maybe not where I’m at, some powerful parts and some chunks that gave me stuff. The home within yourself thing is a good concept, happy for her

I flagged so many pages in this book to go back to that it became obvious it just needs to live on my shelf. I loved the mix of poetry and personal (and vulnerable) stories with practical and lovely ways to come home to oneself. Really enjoyed this. Expect to refer to it often. Just beautiful.

This book is outstanding. It is such a practical guide and reminder on why you create a home within yourself and how important that is. I absolutely loved this book

My final book of 2022 was Welcome Home by Najwa Zebian, a guide to building a home for your soul.

Often we build our homes in other people, looking to them for love, acceptance and approval and often leaving us feeling lost or homeless when those people leave or reject us

Najwa details steps to building a home within yourself, learning to love, heal and accept your authentic self so you’ll always be your own safe space.

I’d been saving this book for a time when I really needed it and it truly has changed my outlook. I think it’s one of those books I can see the value in reading over and over again, just to remind yourself of the beautiful.

Writing style just not for me. Too many inner dialog and the beginning was confusing
