I got this book on audio through Hoopla and I generally found it boring. I think I would have found it much more interesting had I read or even heard of Henrik Ibsen's Lady from the Sea, since the plot resolves around the main character's experiences with a character from that play. I am about half an hour from the end of the audiobook, but I would have not finished it if it had been print. I have less stringent standards for what I will and won't finish in audio since I listen to audio while doing other things (baking, walking, etc.).
