Good but I found much of the advice given to be generic and things I already knew. It's still a good reminder but nothing ground breaking.

A really inspiring book! Fredrik is such a rolemodel, not just for people in the selling buisness, but for people in general. Read it!

I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this book. First, I have to say that I listened to this as audio and Fredrik himself narrates it, so I truly believe that is why I liked it so much. I'm not sure I would have gotten the same out of it if I had just read the words myself. You can hear his enthusiasm throughout the book and it feels like a very successful friend handing you the secrets to life. It's not extremely groundbreaking but just inspiring and reassuring that you can live your best life and work hard. Even though this is perfect for those in real estate, I still felt like it's a great read for anyone in any business. Highly recommend (but on audio)!

Solid book, was surprised at how tactical it was. Some useful insider advice for marketing through social media. Overall inspiring story and hard not to love his enthusiasm!

Jag tyckte mycket om boken, väldigt inspirerande. Men jag vet inte om jag känner mig så mycket smartare. Tror att det är en bok som man får arbeta mer med för att ta till sig alla råden. Men inspirerande är det!

Truth be told, I enjoy reading Eklund's Facebook posts more than the book. His love of his family, friends, dogs and life in general is what's so appealing. That's the secret I'd like to unravel. Success is easy. How do you find the apparent happiness he has?

I'm not sure what to say about this book, which is probably not a good sign. The book first came to my attention by way of the fact that I am a huge MDLNY fan and I think all fans of the show and of Fredrik will love that every page is packed with his strong personality, fredrik-isms, and high-kicks galore. It is evident that he was the one truly writing the book, which I appreciate. As for the primary objective regarding how to "sell anything to anyone"...that's where I find the book falls flat. It seems the advice is nothing more than lists regarding dressing better, increasing your instagram followers, and how to convince people you are charming. If you're looking for a book that urges you to send out emails while you're on the toilet or hear exactly how much spent on his watch for the cover of the book, then this is the book for you. If you want some practical business advice, look elsewhere.
