Maybe a 3.5, because of the nod given to the first in the series with the mouse puppet and since children like repetition much more than adults.

A repeat of the first in the series with the substitution of a moose for the mouse and a muffin for the cookie. I do appreciate the moose cleaning up. Plus, I feel the actions have consequences message can bear repeating.

Very fun read!

This book isn't as funny as "If you take a mouse to the movies."

In following the tradition of If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, If You Give a Moose a Muffin is another good book to help with predictions and what next. The pattern is very familiar and the pictures are a great addition to the story.

4.5 ★ - (loved it, favorite)

I loved Give a Mouse a Cookie and Give a Pig a Party but this one was probably my favorite of all when I was younger and I still love it now! The cutest story <3

Clearly not as good as the original "If you give a mouse..." but still surprisingly fresh and good.

I think I like this best of the "If You Give a..." Series.

Philomena's review: AWWW moose is so cute and he loves muffins.
