This book was a lot shorter that her usual. But that may be why it was an eReader exclusive book.

The book started out slow but got interesting really fast. I loved the tension between the two main characters and I could really relate to the female lead. However, I wish the Mr. Sutherland had more character development. I couldn't quite get a grip on how he went from a surly vampire to laughing, joking around vampire in lust.

But since I read the book in one day you can tell I really enjoyed it and couldn't put it down. Love Molly Harper. I love how she puts in modern Buffy-isms into a believable world with vampires and werewolves. Her stories are more upbeat and funny instead of gloomy and serious. Fun stuff!

A seriously fun read. Might have trouble with the one of the character's names constantly reminding me of a Jane Austin novel, but that was oddly a good thing.

It's a cute novella. It lacked the mystery element that I love about Molly Harper books but its not bad for a short little romance. It has hilarious high-jinx for sure :).

I actually laughed out loud several times while reading this book, can't remember the last time that's happened. Great story and lovable characters as always with this author.

This was an absolutely wonderful book. Miranda kept me laughing from beginning to end, but she also had a sweetness and a fierceness that made her perfect. Collin is such a straitlaced hero who, when he fell for Miranda, changed in a way that endeared him to me. This was a wonderful book with great characters and I highly recommend it!!

The three stars are purely for the writer's amazing writing abilities. I didn't love the story itself, but the author was so clever and funny that the book was worth every minute of my time. I will probably continue the series despite having no interest in the plot, and solely for Molly Harper's writing.

Driving Mr. Dead by Molly Harper
This story takes place in the world of Jane Jameson. Miranda is a human with an eclectic background who has taken a job driving vampire Collin Sutherland from Washington to Kentucky. Miranda is basically a reformed free-spirit with cheating fiancé issues. Collin is an aristocratic stick in the mud hermit. Hours on the road with almost slapstick mishaps make for a laugh out loud funny read.
