Heartwarming and an honest portrayal of the realization that the one you have feelings for is someone you never knew was there to love. Indie and Daniel start out as college roommates but become so much more when the power goes out and staying warm is a priority. But Daniel has has numerous girls and Indie is a relationship and sexual virgin? Can the two break out of boundaries and find love? I loved the innocence and inner strength of both of these characters. This is a relationship I would like to read about in another book further out into their relationship. A great read.

I loved this book.
I loved Indie and Daniel.
Indie is learning who he is and what he wants. Daniel has a clingy girlfriend he can’t seem to get rid of but he has feelings for someone else.

The attraction is both sided but neither of them know it. They are forced into each other’s space and things start to heat up.

I loved Indie’s family, everyone’s family should be like his. Daniel’s home life isn’t so good at all. That step mother needs to go. I am glad the father finally saw the light I am glad he didn’t blame his son.
Daniel seeking out Indie really was sweet and I loved the narration for this one.

Cute but a bit bland. Lack of depth, a bit rushed.

A sweet story with more depth than I expected for a short story.

Indie (Andrew) is a college student that is just starting his winter holiday when the power goes out. To stay warm, he ends up sharing a bed with his roommate Daniel. From there he realizes he may have feelings for his friend that he is not sure how to come to terms with.

Indie is very innocent in many aspects. His prior relationship status overall in nonexistent. He doesn't know how to deal with his new-found urges and feelings. Let alone the question of what Daniel thinks. Daniels is a lady's man. His most recent girlfriend is a bit crazy-clingy for just about anyones taste.

From their we get Daniel's sex-starved stepmom who hits (hard) and any guy she can set her sights one. She scared the crap out of me. I would run and never look back if I was either of these guys. So this is not going to be an easy discovery of love. But that is what this is.

It is sweet and endearing. And a bit steamy too! All around a good read.

Felt rushed. Not much character development. Didn't really get into why the two main characters were such "good friends". Overall was an ok story.
