Ooooooof. This one was so good but a hard read for me. You see Charlie Spring’s illnesses through Tori’s eyes while she’s also struggling with her own mental health and wellness. A heavy book filled with teenaged angst. Alice Oseman does a wonderful job at breaking her characters. I can’t wait to continue reading more from the Heartstopper universe.

absolutely adore this book, it’s rare to find a protagonist you relate to 100% , where you agree to all their thoughts, feelings and actions. i’ve never seen a character like tori spring before, she’s a fictional embodiment of me. a person who thinks like i do. i read this book very quickly and enjoyed every moment of it, i cant express how perfect it is.

although i do wish that tori and micheal’s romantic relationship at the end was explored further, i love them both
