Went into this book a little bit skeptically, since I do not tend to gravitate towards work-centered self-help books. However this book pleasantly surprised me, and the mix of intelligent insights, humility and fun writing from the author made it so I was able to pull out some reflexions for my own life - which is the entire point of the book: you take what applies to you, make it your own and you leave the rest.

It's written by a privileged white woman - can't take her advice seriously. What a joker

Not sure what I was expecting, but I was intrigued following rave reviews last week.

I found the second half much stronger than the first and found Grace’s commentary on our constant need to seek external praise online and our inability to decide what “success” means online quite insightful. But the first half was quite repetitive.
