Absolutely useless. Only goes into explaining that you can either adapt to your environment or adapt the environment around you, but never once tells you how to do that except by being a coffee bean.

A very simple and short lesson on changing your perspective. I loved the message however the audio was not my favorite, narrator was difficult to understand at times and did not enunciate.
