It's a really lovely toon that generally leaves you lighthearted in spite of the emotionally hard times especially for the autistic main character.
BUT
There is some moderate content (and in the digital version the audience is warned before it happens) with some sexual action that goes faster than one of the protagonists really is ready for. It helps that there is desire from both sides, but still ... That is actually sexual assault.
There is also internalised homophobia - as far as I have come in the series, there is only internalised homophobia - no one seem to condemn others for it.
