I love the writing, I was just a little annoyed because it felt like the fact that he has anxiety was mentioned twice in every page, like we got it after the first 10 times they mentioned it. Also he used the fact that he had a rough childhood and excuse for everything and like I get it, it changes you as a person, but when you are thirty six and have been in counseling for years you should handle it a little better in my opinion. Also I feel like Freya lusting after him all the time was a little overdone. Don’t know if the marriage in crisis is a trope that I like, I just read it because I loved the other books in the series
