This book is exactly like the show - ridiculous and hilarious. I listened to the audiobook and often found myself laughing out loud (much to the annoyance of my fellow subway riders). I’m not sure what troupe is used for the printed and eBook editions, but the audiobook is read by Selena and Gary, and it’s the first time Selena has actually read it (leading to many jokes at Mike’s expense as the ghostwriter). Bottom line: probably better read after the show ends when you’re sad to see it go and need another Meyer hit.

This audiobook is awesome. Read by Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Tony Hale in character. It’s like a bonus episode of VEEP.

“Wherever they are burning in hell, I bet the founding fathers still enjoy an occasional laugh, in between the screams, when they think about the Electoral College.”

julia louis-dreyfus should EGOT for veep somehow
