I read it and became an atheist. Through the first part the main character AKA "God" would be definitely canceled, he lit killed everyone because they were not obeying him, MC was spiteful, selfish, and wanted revenge for basically everything. The second part changes main character for a more decent one (kinda queer coded tho Judas was sus)
Sadly the new main character AKA "Jesus" street name "The Son of God" dies because of xenophobia and his father

It changes POV'S a LOT (*winks in I just made a reference*) and is not truly consistent. It has a sad ending and... It could be gayer. By the way the fandom is really toxic so... Not a good experience overall if I could give a minus one I would but I can't. In this essay I will
I fell in love with Esther tho 👀

I read most of this for school. There are sections I haven't read, but I've heard that they're pretty repetitive. I guess you might like it if you're a fan of long lists of genealogy.

THERE ARE PEOPLE BEFORE ADAM AND EVE.

Where are the lesbians? Like we have David and Jonathan. We have Jesus and his disciples. There are plenty of queer men, but there's not really any sapphic representation, which is disappointing for such a long book with SO MANY CHARACTERS.

Also, is no one talking about how the only way there can be people after the Great Flood is if there's a LOT of incest? The authors just don't seem to have considered the long-term effects of this particular plot point.
