Read and watched the movie in high school and thought they were both pretty good. I would add more detail from the book to the movie

A solid 4.5/5 stars. I read this book some years agi and enjoyed it, but re-reading it today and writting an essay on it is only making me realise so many new things that I did not see the first time I read it, which made the experience so much better. I cannot wait to read Ender’s Shadow!

I don’t know if it is the fact that it is considered a classic, I have exciting books to read after this, or the fact that my copy of the book is very small and worn but I could not get past the first page.

This was really different from other books I’ve read. Really good!

The writing and plot for Ender's Game was pronominal. But the thing that made me not enjoy if fully was how predicable the plot was. Also, I had extremely high expectations the the book was going to filled with war and battle seasons. Though I am disappointed that there was no war, I am not disappointed in the story and novel itself. I enjoyed form beginning, skip the middle, and end. Half way through the plot got very dry and did not really go anywhere. But after maybe thirty pages of the dry spell, I got right back into it. I was extremely happy how the whole time the author did not confuse me with crazy lingo like most Sci-Fi novels do.
I highly recommend to hard core Sci-Fi Fans and non Sci-Fi fans.
