Just an average book. It was really fun and interesting, and then they spent not enough time looking for Keanu, and then totally rushed the ending with romance plot. There is so much they could have done with this book, without adding substantial length, and just...did not. Unsatisfying ending.

Not gonna lie - I got this book because of the title and cover. But it turned out to be cute enough. Romance isn’t my go-to genre, but my brain needed a break, and this definitely provided that.

I was more into the celebrity appearances than the actual romance between Lu and True. I think I was secondhand star struck every time. The titles of each chapter are Keanu film references, which was fun. You might be more into this if you like Keanu (who doesn’t?!) and have knowledge of his films.

I read this book during my road trip out west this past week! I picked it up at the library as a light-hearted read and I really did enjoy it, overall. It's a rom-com that fits the friends to lovers/forced proximity trope. Lots of sexual tension and a little spicy!

Cute little romance book with some celebrity sightings in it, exactly what it says it is. A little cheesy at times but nothing worse than a Hallmark rom-com!

I can see where the author was trying to go with this book but it was a miss for me. The whole story felt like a fangirl writing on a blog about the celebrities she's met. It felt like the romance was second to the celebrities instead of the other way around which made it hard for me to get into the story and I really didn't like the way Beth treated Tru. The author made the background 'celebrity' characters have more dimension than the main characters. This was almost a DNF for me but I hate leaving things unfinished.

Friends to Lovers!!! Keanu Reeves has been Lu crush for as long as she can remember. When she finds out he is getting married she starts questioning her whole life. True, her best friend is in love with her but also wants to see her happy. So if making Lu happy by going on a road trip to find Keanu and to stop this wedding True will gladly go with her. This was a cute besties romance. Who doesn’t love a good friend to lovers trope.
