It was quite entertaining and well written, but in the end didn’t felt like a really breakthrough or even surprising insight. Still a good read.
A good, quick read but it could've been a 20 min TED talk instead of a 6 hour book.
This book was part of a book club read for my company. I felt like some chapter left me in a state of “rethinking” while others felt rooted in opinion and skewed statistics to help convey the writers point.
Overall, I thought this was a great book for our company and where it currently stands in its growth and development and so I therefore felt more closely related to those chapter than how I may have in previous career paths.
I would recommend this read for anyone seeking a great company book club read, and those who have set goals to become more open to change but don’t know where to start.

I found this to be fascinating & gifted copies to my adult children.
It has spots of the typical "trying to squeeze this anecdote in so people know I've done cool stuff" but overall a great insight into how we (re)think about things. I appreciated the section break up of how we can shape our own thinking, others' thinking, & communal thinking. I'll be trying to apply some of the techniques in my future discussions & projects.

Think Again is such a great concept because it really challenges us to question what we know, or what we think we know. The tribal knowledge we acquire may not be what we think it is. I love Adam's approach to being wrong and even more so, being less wrong when acquiring new knowledge. I highly recommend this one, especially in a world of social media gratification that doesn't necessarily provide facts.

"If you want to change someone's mind, you have to be willing to change your own first."
Some great stuff on how to keep an open mind and have conversations across difference (and change minds!) I listened to the audiobook, but will likely get the hard copy to look at some of the resources more closely.
