I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I usually find these kinds of books to be too sanctimonious and unrealistic in their application. But here, I think there are interesting points raised about how we think and interact with others. Adam Grant does a good job being concise, using interesting examples to convey his points, and giving the reader demonstrable ways of adjusting their thinking to improve their life and relationships. I was particularly interested by his points around motivational interviewing. Probably will follow up on that with other resources, and may revisit this book in the future.

Think Again gets a healthy recommendation from me. I read a lot from the psychology / business / leadership non-fiction shelves and this one sticks out to me as being humble, accessible, and actionable.

This was a Sharon McMahon book rec and I really really appreciated it. It was an interesting mix of stats, real life examples, and funny little graphics or comics thrown in. #Governerds
