Nothing too amazing, but cute. I could see parents actually reading these stories to their kids. Some of Dumbledore's commentary was amusing, especially about the Malfoys. Any real Potter fan should probably read it at least once. They have interesting morals...

This was a cute book and the stories were really interesting. What was great about this book was the consistency of the characters from the Harry Potter series.

Volverlo a leer después de mucho tiempo la verdad es que no cambio nada, siento que no hay mucho que pueda decir, es un pequeño libro de cuentos complemento de Harry Potter que definitivamente no me gustaría que me contaran de niña.
Dentro de lo que cabe son cuentos bonitos, cuando tienes bloqueo lector son muy fáciles de leer, porque la historia se pasa muy rápido, y todos te enseñan algo.

A more fun read than I anticipated. The stories themselves are pretty good fairy tales: some cheery and some gruesome. Of course, the Tale of Three Brothers is the one people know from the books and movies. There's also commentary from Dumbledore for each story, which gives insight into Rowling's universe and the old headmaster himself.

Fairy Tales from the Wizarding World, what’s not to love?! The best part of this book is the commentary after each tale written in the voice of Albus Dumbledore. As a teacher, I loved the commentary provided after the tale “The Fountain of Fair Fortune.” I laughed out loud at the staff of Hogwarts trying to recreate the tale as a play with a disastrous outcome. Or dealing with a parent like Lucius Malfoy who demands this tale be removed from the bookshelves in the library due to its content. A must read for any Harry Potter fan.
The audiobook contains first rate performances from many different actors. Jude Law reads the commentary from Dumbledore and a different actor or actress reads each story. A fun way to experience the book.
