Going to keep this short:

This does nothing new, it just does young romance tight and well.

There hasn't been a graphic novel of any kind that has hooked me this quickly in years. I don't even think i'm the target demographic anymore. This felt like the really great 90s and 2000s  romance manga, but with the tight story of a more modern work. I will be reading more soon.
