4.5, a book that’s hard to read, just because of the emotional baggage, but also you can find out that you’re not the only one in this world, with this kind of problems. a good one to know yourself, and to see that this part of life - knowing yourself, is the most important, and difficult as well.

Not helpful, just all stories of interviewed women and how much they like the author. No actual substance in the book that I read.
