I absolutely loved book one ‘The Time There Never Was’. Book two picks up exactly where book one finishes.

William and Granny continue on their adventures and land themselves in a spot of bother to say the least. I know these books are recommended for 10+ but even as a 33 year old adult I absolutely loved the premise and the element of time travel and just how well written and executed it all was.

The characters are just astounding and I really felt like I knew them and that I was a fly on the wall throughout.

Granny was just as witty and funny. Easily my favourite character and she’s Granny to so many swidgers too.
