The way in which the characters got over their traumatic pasts and then immediately were in a relationship was so rushed. The Nanny Carrie drama was out of left field and not needed. I do love the setting and the big family though.

so freaking good. highly enjoyed the single mother aspect and knox was really great. loved that both of the books in this series kept the drama to a minimum and it was genuinely a story about two people finding each other. really wholesome.
