A lovely collection of short stories. I must admit, I am a big fan of Irish literature so I am a little biased here. I thought this is perfect for those looking for a quick read or for those who love reading during their commute. Thoroughly enjoyed it as I find myself wanting more.

i finished this book on the bus into town, reading the final story Hearts and Bones trying not to start crying. i also recommend playing the song hearts and bones by paul simon from when it is mentioned in the story to really add to the atmosphere.
i loved all of these so much, they were all such original stories, my favourites were Blackbirds, Feathers, The Doll, and Hearts and Bones

This was like “Chicken Soup for the Soul” but made millennial and modern. Some of the stories I enjoyed more than others, but those I liked were unforgettable. Rich.
