Another gripping thriller from Becca Day. This races along, unraveling the mystery, and giving you insight into different points of view from different sides - victim, police, accused, and opinions on social media. I enjoyed this aspect and the interweaving timelines.

Although I did guess a lot of it, that didn't ruin the enjoyment and there were still surprises in there for me! People who like donning the detective hat will enjoy this.

This was a rollercoaster! When I started reading, I was a bit worried I may not enjoy the book because the main character made some really questionable decisions that frustrated me as a reader. BUT, as the book went on, I really enjoyed the story and all of the twists and turns. So many red herrings and I did NOT expect the ending!

This was a page turner, I read it in one sitting! I especially loved the character of Stefani - an intelligent, compassionate police officer who keeps digging to find the truth of what happened to Hannah even when she is pressured not to.
