4.5 stars rounded! I’m originally from Johnstown and I currently live in Pittsburgh, so the Frick name is well known, mostly in Pittsburgh. That being said, the last Fiona Davis novel I read was meh, the flipping timelines only work for me if both parts are equally as important to the story, and this one did much better at that than the previous title. I was engaged in the story and this was a really quick read for me! I was pleasantly surprised.

This book took me longer to read than normal - there were twists & turns, and people to keep straight, but it was a good one
Could not connect to either of the main characters at all. This one was not for me.
