He does it again!

I cried, and laughed and cried again. This was a hard read to me because of the theme, but that doesn't change the fact that this book is amazing.

The characters, the friendships that formed, the backstories and the love stories. This novel had everything that I look in a book.

I should be embarrassed by how many times I cried reading this book.

It's difficult to classify this book as heartwarming because there are many times when it made my heart hurt so badly I had to pause. However, I think that's what makes the book such a beautiful read. You have these moments of heartbreak balanced with the most intense warmth and love.

The ending is amazing.

The ending had me in shambles. But it's such a good book. So heartfelt and genuinely funny and warm and much like an adult version of the movie Up. Favorite book this year so far.

*clenches heart* I laughed and cried and felt the best kind of love for the characters. Absolutely the most heartwarming book I read this year!

There’s a little bit of Ove in all of us. Such a heart-touching story about life past death beside an annoying cat, annoying neighbors, and annoying cars.
