So what can I say about this essay? I think the author is right by saying that when you got a book for free (let's assume you got it the legal way) and you enjoyed it, you could leave a review. Or people giving bad ratings without explanations. I can understand any author's frustation when they don't get any feedback at all.
And I think it would have been rude to download this book for free and not leave a review when this ebook is about this very issue. :D Oh and it's very nice that he offers free ebooks at the end of this book.
