Super cute bunch of short stories. Perfect for those who love steamy but soft monster romances.

Such a fun, steamy collection (probably a 3/5 for how much is in here!) & I absolutely adore all of the thoughtful representation 🥹🌈🤎

Okay, so I'm AuDHD and I love anthological, short stories, so I'm thrilled to have been an ARC for this. It's easy to read, and an amazing diverse palette cleanser.

This features multiple different kinds of relationships, identities, and neurodiverse & body-type representation. For anyone curious, my favorite relationships were 1 and 5. I thought the trans inclusion, different preferences, and neurodiverse characters were well-written, lovely, and a perfect mix of individuals and relationships. I absolutely cannot wait to see what the author comes up with next in future volumes, because I am ectastic with the style and idea of this. Also, I loved the spice.

I loved it :)

✨ Thank you Robin for the ARC!!! ✨

Monster Mixer was absolutely incredible and I cannot
recommend it enough. The novella contains short
stories set in the same universe and follows different
folks of different monster varieties and gender identities
as they go to a party called the Monster Mixer. The
party is for those of the monster-y persuasion who
need to get their sexy energy taken care of.

I loved how queer these stories were and I loved how
sex positive every encounter was. This was a breath of
fresh air and I’m now officially obsessed with
everything @robinjomargaret writes. They are going
onto my list of auto-buy authors.

I thought I loved In the Care of Monsters, but I think I
love Monster Mixer even more. You aren’t going to
want to miss this collection of stories.

I had fully expected this to be a hot little series of vignettes - and it totally was, with all sorts of combinations going on - but I didn't expect it to be as sweet and, at times, romantic as it was. The level of care shown between the partners was really good to see, and Jamie and Vance's second chapter was just about the cutest thing ever. So yes this story is a hot little festival of beings getting off, but it's also adorable and shows lots of different queer identities.

A very fun litte read!
