This was...fine. Not great, not bad, just okay. The art style is a bit basic and the story is a bit lacking. But, it had a lot of potential and I liked the creativeness behind it. (I also appreciate that it was PG-13 and not R or MA like so many adult graphic novels. For the most part, I didn’t feel uncomfortable reading it. Neither volume was too graphic/explicit.)
Overall, I am glad I read these, but they are not something that I would necessarily recommend.
