I can't speak for everyone, but
 - if you've ever struggled economically,
 - if you know poverty first-hand,
 - if you know what it's like to have an empty fridge and struggle to feed yourself/your family, never mind indulge in frivolous whims carelessly like the trainwreck that is the protagonist 

Then you probably won't enjoy this book, or find any amusement in it. 

I loved My Not So Perfect Life by the author. That audiobook was a laugh out loud experience, as opposed to this one, so much so, I gave it 4⭐ despite it being labelled as romance and there not being much of it. Shopaholic seemed to follow the same pattern of there barely being any proper interactions with the MLI, only for them to get together in the end.

Não posso falar por todos, mas
 - se já tiveste dificuldades económicas,
 - se conheces a pobreza em primeira mão,
 - se sabes o que é ter o frigorífico vazio e lutar para te alimentares, ou à tua família, quanto mais saciares-te com caprichos frívolos descuidadamente como o desastre que é a protagonista 

Então provavelmente não gostarás deste livro nem lhe acharás piada. 

Amei A Minha Vida (Im)perfeita da autora. Esse audiolivro foi uma experiência divertida, ao contrário deste, tanto que lhe dei 4⭐, apesar de ser comercializado como romance e não haver muito disso. Louca por Compras parecia estar a seguir o mesmo padrão de quase não haver interações adequadas com o Interesse Romântico Masculino, somente para se juntarem no fim.
