This is going on my recommendation list for Agatha Christie - the details of place and setting were so enjoyable. I loved the young characters and setup of this story.

As always, some fabulous twists and turns, but a satisfying, tidy ending with the endearing Ms. Marple.

the last book in miss marple series, i feel sad :( but it was nice to go back to the old-mary-mead-state of things, cause I think this book was written much earlier than the last (around) five. I also liked the beginning, mysterious house, mysterious memories, mysterious murder. but then it faded a little bit, it is still though a very good and interesting story. maybe I have this feeling because I accidentally saw a spoiler about the murderer while I was quite early on. And then I was not very much satisfied with the identity of them. Thought it would ve been interesting if someone else would’ve been in this role

If you're a fan of Miss Marple mysteries, this is one that you definitely don't want to skip. I think it shows a different side to her intellect and personality by having her play as a secondary character. While the two main characters bumble around to the best of their ability, this little old lady is gently nudging them in the right direction. And, ultimately, she's also the one who steps in to save the day.
