this book brought my mind somewhere i never knew it could go. it brought me back to a place i haven’t been in months, a place that Wavy found herself in her whole life. i had an experience in the past similar in ways to wavy and kellan and being so disgusted by what was happening made me rethink everything. it was such an eye-opening experience to be reading something like that especially after i had neglected any emotions that came with the situation. the novel was incredibly life changing.

Amazing! Such a compelling read. It had a bit of a slow start for me, but it didn't take long to pick up and then it was super hard to put down.

Beautifully written- content? Not so much. Normalizing pedophilia and sympathizing with child molesters is NOT a good look. Kellan was not a good guy, there ARE no good pedophiles. He absolutely groomed her. He knew what he was doing was wrong, acknowledged that, and continued to do it. I would no recommend this book, and I’m glad I didn’t spend money actually burying it.
