JT Ellison never disappoints. This is my first in the series with Taylor Jackson. Great crime procedural with quite a bit of action. I’ll read more in this series.
2.5 stars. It was good, but even though it’s not that old (13 years), there are some pretty dated and kringy moments.
I purchased this book on my iPad during a Goodreads Daily Deal and I’m so glad I did! You’re immediately sucked in when a local girl is found dead and linked to a string of murders in which the serial killer leaves behind a disturbing memento at each scene. While there are plenty of stereotypical situations involving cops and the FBI, this is truly a page-turning thriller that has many twists and turns. There was at least three times I thought I knew what was going to happen only to be totally wrong!

I don't read many crime thriller/fiction books, but I really enjoyed the main character. I definitely enjoy the author's family saga/drama a little more, but this one is still great! Highly recommend if you enjoy crime fiction!

It was okay. It wasn't life changing by any means, though I did like the killer's M.O. and ultimate reason behind his killing. That was pretty unique. But that's the only thing about this that will stick with me two days from now.
I'm not really good at making reviews, but in my opinion this good is super awesome! I took less than 2 weeks to finish this suspense book. This is also one of the reasons why I'm kinda addicted to romantic-suspense novels. I recommend this! Shock it doesn't even get 4 stars. Amazing.
