Great read. Really simple but enough action to keep entertained. Great fit with other books in series. I can't wait for my son to be old enough to read.

This was one of the more mundane of the Theodoore Boone novels. I enjoyed, but not as much. Theo was as awesome as always, but the plot line wasn't fantastic. AND THERE WAS LIKE ONE PARAGRAPH WITH APRIL. JUST ONE.

So I had no idea this was published this last May until recently I was looking at books on Amazon and wondered if Grisham had done anymore Theodore Boone and sure enough he did. So looking back on my reviews of the others I'm still going to say this but this isn't my favorite style of writing but it was a good story.

Theodore Boone is back in action with the Pete Duffy murder case and manages to help capture him and restart the trial of Pete Duffy murdering his wife. Overall it was good and entertaining and Theodore Boone, the Kid Lawyer, was still a fun character to read about and the ending was actually surprisingly good and now hope he doesn't leave you like the way he ended this. Very clever and smart move. So if you're a Grisham fan (which honestly I'm not but good stories) or just like YA books then you'd like this series.

This is probably my favorite Theodore Boone book thus far! The Pete Duffy case is back on and Theo had a lot to do with it. Though is it going to bite him in the back later even with closure? On to book 6 to find out!

Glad to be revisiting the Pete Duffy case in this book. A great quick read with the likable Theo Boone and his family. Exciting and entertaining as ever!
