I loved the lightheartedness of the band performance. But man. This volume ends with a gut punch cliffhanger.

Another great volume. The first half finishes up the school festival arc, which has a mix of action and fun. The story them moves on to introduce Hawks, a new professional hero who will play an important role in future arcs. We also get more time with Endeavor as the author begins to explore his character more in-depth.

The first half was a bit boring to me but the second half pulled through and I am super interested to read more about the Todoroki family and get into the Endeavor arc.

I spent the past two months getting back into this fandom and caching up with the anime and manga again. This series isn't without its flaws but man I love the characters, their arcs, and the story so much

WHY DID IT HAVE TO END THERE?!

It was great, I loved the school festival and the pure chaotic energy that is getting all of the heros in the same space for any amount of time but what I'm really getting at is that I can't believe that this volume ended right when they start Endeavors poor excuse of a redemption arc because that's when all the Good Drama starts and I am always down to just sit and read Todoroki Family Drama. Its literally one of my favorite things about this series next to how wholesome all the kids are when they're put together in the same space.

Now I have to wait for my library to have volume 21 and scream happily because I'm almost caught up with where the manga is currently!!
