I really love all of Rachel Harrison's books but Cackle has been my favorite! This is my favorite book that I have read in 2024 so far! I loved everything about this story. I really enjoyed that it focused mainly on friendship between two ladies and loved the magical aspect. A cozy read about a main character who learns to put herself first and find happiness in herself and not in others.

Annie is not a character I can sympathize with. Made the book less enjoyable. Didn’t much care for her forever longing for an ex. If the story focused more on Sofie, it would be a different book entirely but possibly more enjoyable
