The twist in this book is just *chefs kiss* 🤌🏼  I flew through this book in just a couple of days. The writing was great and Amber was just so horrible, I was hooked trying to figure out what on earth her made her that way and if she was going to succeed in her plan.

The only thing that docked this is star for me is that I have hard time where I don’t have a character to root for.

And the twist came so late in the book, that I only had a short amount of time to root for Daphne! I wish her POV would have came in sooner, so it was more of an ongoing plot of the book rather than a recap.

But Amber was deliciously evil and this was a great domestic thriller with an ending that was oh so satisfying 👌🏼

Fun to read but not well-written or well-crafted. The first part was incredibly slow while part 2 moved quickly. Cheesy and very unbelievable.
