i felt like the pace was a bit slow and maybe repetitive at points but then it picks up and ends nicely!

The fmcs inner monologue was the most childish thing. Also I don't like smrky smarmy men. Also the male audiobook narrator was really hard to read at 2x speed cus his voice was irritatingly low SPEAK UP, GOD.

I think for the most part Roseanne's annotations kept me continuing with this book. Personally I'm pretty neutral to romance novels so getting a 3 star rating is decent. I liked seeing the vulnerable sides to the characters and plot development was at a decent pace
