A brilliant conceptual reimagining of conflict and relationships. Rosenberg puts forward a startling idea: what if all the communication we have been trained to do inevitably leads to harm? He then explains his world-famous concept of non-violent communication (NVC) which is based on lack of judgement, empathy and compassion towards the other person. A must-read for those having relationship issues or wanting to better support those going through such issues.
