This was a good book to help find new reads. It was cute and quirky. I didn’t love it, I didn’t hate it. I do recommend it for people looking for something new to read. It gives a fun look on books without giving away too much. I have a whole list of new books to put on hold. Enjoy!

I just started listening to this (I listen to audiobooks while at work). I'm not even DONE and I'm giving it 5 stars. This is me. Her opinions, her "voice", being shy (dude, that is exactly how I feel about Matilda...I always WANTED to be like other characters from books, but I WAS Matilda). It's also made me question why I never became a librarian...it's kind of an obvious career choice really.

I want to be friends with her! Hilarious, foul-mouthed librarian, I think I have a girl crush. This book expresses the joy that books and reading provide. I laughed out loud at many of her letters and added tons of books to my already ridiculously lengthy TBR list want more could you want from a book?

A book for book worms. I loved it!

And every time I laughed while reading it I got weird looks from my boyfriend who could not understand why I was reading a book about other books. I had to explain that she wrote letters to the books and then he thought it would spoil the book if you hadn't read it.

So from all this I don't think non-readers would be motivated to read this, but they should. And all book worms should definitely read it!
